JOURNEY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Will we meet JOURNEY?
No individual meet and greets are included on this tour, but if you have chosen the 5 Star package you will have a photo taken with Journey band members. The photo will be taken in groups (the group of people in your Journey 5 Star package order). Band members may vary nightly.
3. What time do I need to be at the venue?
5 Star Packages start approximately 2-3 hours prior to show time. You will be sent an itinerary via email with details approximately 5 days before your show date.
4 Star Packages will usually be available starting 30 minutes before doors open on the evening of the show at the "Will Call" window at the box office displaying an I Love All Access sign. Please note that you cannot enter the venue until the doors open.
4. What do I get with my 5 Star Package?
A guaranteed ticket in a premium location, an exclusive Journey gift bag, a pre-show party, a photo op with Journey band members (with the group of people in your Journey 5 Star package order), a Journey VIP commemorative laminate, parking (where available), crowd-free merchandise shopping and an onsite ILAA host. 5. What do I get with my 4 Star package?
